Refunds

If you are in the UK or the EU you have a legal right to cancel most distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, then send unopened items back within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, by the original payment method, including standard outbound postage where the law requires it.

Opened cosmetics and personal-care products may not be returned if they cannot be resold for hygiene, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or not-as-described goods: email us with photos and the order number. We will repair, replace, or refund as the law requires.
