Delivery
Free standard delivery on orders of £30 and over. Under £30, standard delivery is £4.95. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Skincare: about two working days to prepare, then four to seven working days in the post — about a week from order to door. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scans the parcel.
Orders need a full shipping name, address, postcode, and a working email. We cannot dispatch without those.
Tracking emails
GlowGlam sends these from orders@glowglam.co.uk:
- Order confirmation (straight after payment) — keep the order number
- Shipping confirmation with tracking when the parcel is fulfilled
- Delivery updates if the carrier provides them
Check spam for mail from GlowGlam (orders@glowglam.co.uk). Track anytime via the link in the email or your account.
Returns
Cancel within 14 days of receiving the order, then return unopened goods within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of the return arriving, using the original payment method.
Opened personal-care items may be excluded where they cannot be resold for hygiene, unless they are faulty or not as described.
